I'll recap below what these are all about but keep in mind I do buy fruits and veggies at Costco. They don't typically make these lists because of the obvious points that they are naturally gluten free and can easily access them at grocery stores. Also I won't talk about the toilet paper or paper towels though if you have questions about anything feel free to reach out!
I will be sharing some products I grab at Costco which are gluten free. Now I am not by anyway being reimbursed or sponsored to share these. Having to go gluten free (GF) is no easy task plus it can be very expensive because you just don't know what you are getting when you buy a GF product. I've wasted a lot of money trying products and then also found some great products from recommendations.
Disclaimer I have not tested positive for Celiacs so if you have celiacs please take what I'm sharing with a grain of salt. However I have noticed I'm better off when I eat products which have been certified gluten free. Beware because many products like to use the word gluten free yet their manufacturing facility may not be gluten free. I've also heard that gluten can stay airborne for like 24-48 hours I believe, don't quote me as I haven't found good evidence on that yet.
This chart was eye opening for me when I switched.
I labeled this part 5 as you know Costco changes and so this is what I have on hand currently to share with you.
Let's dive into the latest round.
This is a repeat from part 2 so guess it shows that sometimes good things stick around! Goes beyond avocado toast of on tacos. Add to sandwiches or wraps. How would you use it?
I've been getting the Kirkland Organic Marinara however this one caught my eye especially after reading the ingredients. A while back my husband mentioned putting a carrot in tomato based sauces can reduce the chance of acid reflux, something he suffers from. Well if this already has carrots added to it, let's give it a taste test!
Here again I've been getting a different EVOO but fell for the online hype, lol. It'll get used one way or another!
In part 5 I mentioned how pistachios are a complete protein. That makes this a healthy treat, correct?!
I first tried these on a flight...is it Southwest that hands them out. Nonetheless, they are a great crunchy snack.
When you want cookies but don't want to bake, this is the answer! It's so good! Hard to believe a lot of the ingredients are organic.
For traveling I'm always looking for some type of meat snacks or jerky. Though these won't make my top favorite they are a lot better than others I have tried. My favorite is still Fatty which I tested out in part 4. Sadly Costco hasn't had them for some time.
Side note I'm not a fan of Archer or Chomp meat sticks however everyone's taste buds are different. Typically if a brand can be bought in smaller quantity elsewhere I'll try them before purchasing at Costco. I did jump on these LK sticks because I have bought jerky from this brand in the past which I enjoyed.
As mentioned in the beginning if you want to look back here's part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, and part 5 on past reviews.
