Snack like a kid with these healthy options.
Funfetti Energy balls
1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
¼ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup
honey
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
¼ c mini chocolate chips
¼ sprinkles
*Place all ingredients except chocolate chips
and sprinkles into a food processor. Pulse till thoroughly mixed. Stir in chips
and sprinkles. Use a cookie scoop to scoop into 1-inch balls. Store in
fridge.
Fruit Popsicles
1 cup of chopped fruit of your choice
(mangoes, fruit. banana, berries, pineapples)
¾ cup of coconut water
2 Tbsp lime juice
T Tbsp honey
Puree
in a blender and then pour into a silicone popsicle mold like this. Freeze for
8 hours.
