Easy Chia Pudding

Want to enjoy a tasty treat while still reaping health benefits? 

This chia pudding is packed with fiber and healthy fats, promoting digestive health and keeping you satisfied!



Ingredients:

1/4 c chia seeds

1 c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh berries for topping


Prepare:


1. Blend first 4 ingredients together.  Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.  Stir again to minimize clumping. 


2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.


3. Before serving, stir up and then top with fresh berries.  Enjoy!
