4 Signs Your Gut is Out of Whack

1. Your skin is acting out

The nutrient content of what you eat – as well as how much of it your gut is absorbing - is reflected in the appearance of your skin.

If your gut microbiome is out of balance, your skin can be as well.

2. You're grumpy AF

Feeling bummed and gloomy for no reason can be a warning signal your gut is imbalanced. Why?

Your gut bacteria are in charge of making the neurotransmitters you need in order to have a balanced mood, stress response and more. Up to 95% of serotonin (your feel-good hormone) is produced in your gut!

3. You're not going

If your "normal" schedule is suddenly out of whack,

your gut is experiencing an imbalance.

4. You're stiff and sore

Constantly waking up stiff and achy can be an indication of gut imbalance.

If your gut isn't properly filtering out toxins and other particles, it can lead to an inflammatory response that directly impacts your skeletal muscles and joints, making them sore.
