Ingredients:
1 c dark chocolate
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
Optional any nuts or dried fruits
Prepare:
1. Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
2. Clean the walnuts of dust/bits and stir them into the melted chocolate.
3. Spread the mixture on to a parchment lined baking sheet.
4. Refrigerate until fully set.
5. Once bark is set, break into pieces and enjoy! A healthy snack to nourish your brain health with essential nutrients.
