You can achieve that last one with 1-2 coats of a sheer pink..just enough to cover the white spots and hide the matteness.

Two low toxin options made in the USA to check out
Kapa Nui - these polishes are rates 1 or 2 by the EWG. Developed with the goal of using ingredients that are not considered harmful to people, even with daily exposure, and that will degrade causing no harm to the land, sea, or air.
My Review: Love it! Very minimal odor, some might not even notice the smell. Holds up well.
Karma Organics - is breathable and has a little trick that puts it way over and above traditional polish. Water Permeable Nail Polish: This permeable Cruelty free & vegan polish is designed to allow molecules of water and their good buddy oxygen to slip through the polish and down to the nail.
My Review: I tried the Halal Breathable polish. It does have the nail polish smell but maybe not as strong as most. I really liked how smoothly it went on. It also dried very quickly.
