What are your nails telling you?

Be honest.

When is the last time you actually saw your nails in the nude?

We’re polished, shellacked, and wrapped pretty much all the time, but what happens when the paint comes off?

Girlfriend, it might be time to strip it down and find out!

Believe it or not, your nails can reveal important things about your overall well-being. Who knew?

Are your nails peeling

It may mean your diet is lacking in a nutrient called linoleic acid. You can increase your intake by consuming more olive oil!  Or keep reading if you don't want that extra added fat!

Do your nails feel brittle

It’s usually indicative of an iron deficiency! Try eating more leafy green veggies and eggs.

Do you have ridges on your nails?

While it’s not usually a sign of anything major, it can indicate you’re stressed! Take a bubble bath (or a vacation!) and try to relax.

In most cases, a healthy balanced diet and lots of rest will ensure your nails (and you) stay healthy. So don’t forget to take your vitamins and get a good night’s sleep!

Still needing a boost to strengthen those nails 7 the rest of your skin?
