SINGLE SERVE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BAKED OATMEAL
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder or peanut butter powder
1/3 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
3-4 tbsp water (leave out for a more baked result)
pinch sea salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Jam/jelly of choice (I used homemade rhubarb jam)
How to
1) mix all ingredients (except jam) in a bowl2) pour about 2/3 oat mixture into oven safe baking dish, add a big spoonful of jam, and then the rest of the oat mixture
3) top with more jam and bake at 350F for 25 min
4) add toppings of choice!
