Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie


Ingredients:

2 tbsp peanut butter (or preferred nut butter)

2 cups of berries (strawberries, blueberries, cherries all work great)

1 cup spinach

1 scoop of powder (peanut butter or protein powder)


How to:

Mix all ingredients in blender.

Enjoy!
