What is that?
Have you ever looked at the ingredients in your shampoo, lotion, makeup, face wash, etc?
I hadn’t much. Then I bought a couple local natural products & noticed my skin felt better.
Which led me to looking into it a little more. Simple ingredients which I could read.
I also wanted one stop shopping online as I don’t like standing in the store aisles confused as to what I really need.
My search took me all over. I found some really expensive stuff and some good products but not a full line.
When I finally decided on Lemongrass Spa (by the way I shared more of that story in an earlier blog post) I was getting educated about all the gross stuff they actually put in products. Holy moly!! I was astonished!! And then to see what some of these toxins do to you & your body was so scary!
My advice read labels and do your research. Don’t trust a slogan or a friend saying it’s natural. There’s very few guidelines for the word natural to be used on products.
And if you don’t want to read labels, snap a picture, & send it to me. I’d happily be your ingredient detective.
