Ingredients:
1/4 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c oats (rolled or old fashion)
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 c plain greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2/3 c water or milk of choice
How To:
Add pumpkin puree into bottom of a mason jar or bowl.
Top with rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Pour water/milk over the top o& then stir all together.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
If desired, top with chopped nuts, granola, and/or a dollop of whipped cream & enjoy cold!
Tips:
1 can of pumpkin puree can make 4 jars of overnight oats.
These oats can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
