Get ready to show yourself a little love. 💕

❣️Each day in February there will be a #selflovechallenge post.

It may be something that will only take a minute or perhaps it’s more intentional and you’ll have to focus on your well being a smidge longer.

Comment on the tasks which you complete. Each day is new & gets an entry so participate as little or as much as you’d like! After all it’s ALL about YOU!!! 💞

Here are the daily enrichment activity:


Write down 3 things you love about yourself.

Listen to an uplifting podcast or audiobook chapter.


Dance like no one is looking. Shake it off!


Drink more water.


Take a moment to enjoy a facial mask or Microdermabrasion Monday!


Declutter a closet or drawer.


Wear your favorite outfit!


Be creative!  Enjoy a moment drawing, writing, painting, or other crafting.


Do anything that makes you happy!


List 3 things you are grateful for!


Empower your body with a walk or workout.


Enjoy a long shower or bath.


Enjoy your favorite dessert.


Buy your favorite flowers.


Stretch and/or meditate.


Unplug from electronics for an hour.  If stressed then longer!


Do something that makes you laugh.


Go to bed early!


Kick your feet up! Or enjoy a foot soak.


Indulge in a fancy cup of tea or coffee.


Call someone who makes you happy!


Enjoy an at home spa day!


Organize one small space.


Watch a movie or read a book you enjoy!


Indulge in a luxury hair treatment at home.


Perform a Random Act of Kindness


Do something you love!


Write down 5 things you're grateful this week!

Consider picking 3 from the list to carry into the next month and complete each week.
