Ladies, gather around for a DIY spa day extravaganza!

I know you've been craving a day of pampering and relaxation but who wants to spend a fortune at a fancy spa?

Not me!

That's why I’m bringing the spa to you with some DIY treatments you can do right in the comfort of your own home. Get ready to whip out your cucumbers, pour yourself a glass of bubbly, and treat yo'self like royalty.

Let's dive into the world of at-home bath treatments!

Milk bath: Time to turn your bathtub into a milky oasis! Say goodbye to itchy, dry skin and hello to a soft and soothed bod with this DIY milk bath treatment. And I’m not just talking any old milk, oh no! I’m talking whole, coconut, goat, rice, or soy milk, packed with proteins, fats, and vitamins A and D.

  1. Fill the tub halfway with warm water

  2. Add 1 to 2 cups of milk (or powdered milk) *recommended: whole, coconut, goat, rice, or soy

  3. Add 2-3 drops of lemongrass oil

  4. Mix ingredients with foot

  5. Soak for 20 minutes

Apple Cider Vinegar Bath: Looking to add a little zing to your hair and skin routine? Look no further than your kitchen pantry! Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a magic elixir that can treat mild infections, banish dandruff, and even soothe achy joints. This tangy tonic is packed with antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, making it the ultimate weapon in the war against dull, flaky skin and hair. You can even throw in some Epsom salt to make sure your joints feel as good as you look. So go ahead, give your scalp and skin a little love with this simple DIY treatment!

  1. Fill the tub halfway with warm water

  2. Add 1 to 2 cups of ACV *if it’s your first time using ACV, start with 1/2 cup

  3. Add a scoop of Epsom salt

  4. Mix ingredients with foot

  5. Soak for 20 minutes

Lavender Oatmeal Bath: The soothing scent of lavender combined with the gentle exfoliating properties of oatmeal will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

  1. Fill up your tub with warm water

  2. Add 2 cups Epsom salt and 1 cup baking soda.

  3. Mix ingredients with foot

  4. Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil

  5. Sprinkle in ½ cup oatmeal for extra exfoliation

  1. Soak for 20-30 minutes

Step 2: Add in 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. We love lavender for a relaxing and calming vibe, but feel free to get creative with whatever scents you love!

Step 3: Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of oatmeal for a little extra exfoliation. The oatmeal will help slough off dead skin cells, leaving you with silky smooth skin.

Step 4: Get in and soak! Relax and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the Epsom salt and baking soda, while the essential oils and oatmeal work their magic. Soak for 20-30 minutes, or as long as you'd like.

Step 5: When you're finished, drain the tub and rinse off with warm water. Pat yourself dry, and bask in the glow of your silky smooth skin.

Be sure to have this handy to enjoy during your bath too....body polish! The ultimate spa treatment and iykyk, pre shave treatment.
