TikTok Trend: Dirty Soda

This one is out of my normal posting but I can still keep you up to date on what's going around.  Whole Foods was started on the basis of healthy whole foods however they know what the majority want and cater to that.  So here you go :)

Have you jumped on the “dirty soda” trend yet?

It’s been a popular phenomenon in the mountain west for years and it’s finally spreading all over the country. It's definitely a fun trend where you are mixing your favorite sodas with flavored syrups and/or coffee creamers for an ice-cold summer treat!

If you haven’t tried a “dirty soda” yet, I’m giving you the dirt (see what I did there) on some of the top favorite combos!

  • Orange Creamsicle: Orange soda and coconut creme creamer.

  • Endless Summer: Mountain Dew, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and coconut creme creamer.

  • Raspberry Dream: Dr Pepper, coconut creme creamer, and Raspberry Torani syrup

  • Melted Root Beer Float: Root Beer and vanilla coffee creamer.

  • Strawberries & Cream: Strawberry soda and vanilla coffee creamer OR cream soda, with Vanilla Torani syrup and vanilla coffee creamer.

  • Beach Babe: Mountain Dew, Raspberry Torani syrup, Peach Torani syrup, and vanilla coffee creamer.

  • Dirty Shirley: Sprite, grenadine, and vanilla coffee creamer.

If you mix up one of these or have your own favorite dirty soda recipe for some summer fun snap photos and use #CocktailDiet or tag me!  It doesn't have to be pretty, just look the majority of my photos :)

Here is Hilarry’s version

Are you adventurous?  Make your own twist on these drinks & toss in some homemade ice cream.

Or in need of something a bit stronger? ;)  Try out this refreshing strawberry cocktail.
