Fall Skin Care

Is anyone else feeling the hydration leave your skin with every passing day?

Dry fall weather can really do a number on your skin.

Instead of waiting for the New Year to finally adopt a good skincare routine (and then forgetting all about it by February 1st along with all of my other resolutions!)

I’m vowing to be proactive this year and get my skincare in order in the fall.

If you’re ready for gorgeous skin come family picture and holiday party season, check out my 3 best tips for gorgeous Fall skin.

  1. Eat a healthy skin diet. Eating antioxidant-rich foods like berries and fatty fish full of Omegas is great for your skin. And of course, drink lots of water!  If you'd like additional tips give this blog post a read.
  2. Focus on hydrating, nourishing skincare products. It’s a fact of life. Colder temperatures = drier skin. My best recommendation is to add a product with hyaluronic acid. Whether it’s your face cream, a serum, or toner, the extra hydration is going to make a huge difference when the cold weather hits. If you'd like additional tips click on over to this blog post.
  3. Get some sleep! Getting enough sleep makes all the difference when it comes to your skin. If you have trouble falling asleep, ditch the electronics a couple of hours before bed. It also helps with breakouts to change your pillowcases often and consider switching to a silk pillowcase. If you're in need of additional tips to decompress pop over to this blog post.
