Start or end each day with "I am thankful for......"
Here are some additional ideas to find your inner soulstice.

and emotional health

is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental,
emotional, and physical health.

increases our overall health physically, mentally, and emotionally.

up early and go for a walk
- Walks amongst mother nature are some of the best exercise you can get
- Don’t
overschedule your days- intentionally leave “white space” in your
calendar to allow time to decompress and catch up
- Give yourself time to breathe
- Drink
water - get yourself a fun drinking vessel to make it enjoyable!
- Get
enough sleep - it'll all be there waiting for you tomorrow!
- Get
some Vitamin D
- Tidy
up your home - straightening up physical aspects can bring clarity
- Digital
detox
- Skip
your makeup routine
- Meditate
- Journal
- Get
enough sleep
- Get
help from your kids
- Kids
thrive on routine and work benefits them as well. Give them a
daily/weekly chore list to take something off your plate and give them
the opportunity to experience the satisfaction that comes from
accomplishing a task.
- Go
get a pedicure or a massage. Tons of health benefits with massage....they don't just feel good ;)
- Take
a bath and diffuse your favorite essential oils or homemade bath bombs.
- Enjoy an energy-boosting tea or fruit drink
Hopefully these will bring you some relaxation and rejuvenation the next time you are traveling!
