Easy, Healthy 3 ingredient recipe

 


Are you ready for some football? No matter how you feel about football, I think we can all agree on the importance of a good tailgate recipe, am I right? Love it or hate it, a snack is a snack!


Not into football, this will be perfect for any upcoming gatherings!

 

I have the most delicious 3-ingredient recipe that’s going to knock your socks off, plus it’s oh so simple and quick! Seriously, it will take you longer to check out at all the Trader Joe aisles than it will to put it together.

 

Bonus: this recipe is pretty healthy. Ya, know what that means? More room for chips.

 

What you’ll need:

      1 (17.6 oz) package of Trader Joe’s steamed lentils

      4 oz fat-free feta

      1 (12 oz) jar Trader Joe’s Bruschetta

Instructions:


Mix ingredients in large bowl and chill for at least one hour. Serve with cucumber slices, pita chips or bread! Did I tell you it was easy, or what?
