Summer Tablescape

 

If the last year has taught us anything, it’s to elevate the everyday.  Savor every moment we can! 

Who is all about making simple moments still feel special? 

Especially when it comes to gathering around the table for a meal with your family, adding some simple little details can really make it feel special.

No need to worry if your version of fine China is paper plates and paper towels, with a few good pieces, creating a pretty summer tablescape is pretty easy!

1.   Start with some fresh flowers for a centerpiece. Don’t make it complicated! A simple mason jar with baby’s breath you pick up from the grocery store is really beautiful and can make your dinner feel extra special!

2.   Dig out the table linens. A pretty, patterned tablecloth doesn’t have to be saved for special occasions.

3.   Layer in pretty serveware. Whether it’s an interesting pitcher or pretty serveware, it just makes the food taste better. One of my favorite tricks is using a simple butcher block cutting board to serve bread.
