Cheesy Bruschetta Bread

Are you ready for some football?

No matter how you feel about football, I think we can all agree on the whole point of the Super Bowl is the snacks, am I right?

I have a super easy recipe for an appetizer that tastes amazing and looks totally fancy (translation: your friends will be so impressed when you show up for the Super Bowl party with this!)

Ingredients:

Loaf of french bread  (Schar makes a good GF option)

8 oz container Ricotta

8 oz container of mascarpone cheese

4 oz package of goat cheese

8 oz container of bruschetta

Honey

Balsamic glaze

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Slice a loaf of bakery french bread into .5-1 inch slices and place on pan

Place pan in oven for 5 minutes

Mix Ricotta, Mascarpone, and goat cheese in a medium bowl

Spread cheese mixture on each slice of bread

Spoon a tablespoon of bruschetta on to each slice of bread

Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze

Enjoy!
