Favorite podcasts for kids

                                          

I think we’ve established that podcasts are the greatest thing since sliced bread, right? I’ve shared my favorites with you before, but after lots of requests, I rounded up top pick podcasts for kids or grandkids.

If you spend any time in the car with children, this list is a MUST.

1. Brains ON! Science Podcast for Kids. For curious kids {and adults}, Brains On! Is a science podcast that answers all of your fascinating questions about the world. Like, do dogs know they’re dogs? Or, why do feet stink?
2. Earth Rangers  From the wildest animal facts to nature’s biggest mysteries, Earth Rangers’ host Emma travels the world to share these facts with your kiddos.
3. The Past and the Curious If your kids are history buffs, or even if they’re not, they’ll find these humorous stories about people in history totally fascinating.
4. Smash, Boom, Best Smash Boom Best is a debate show for kids and families. Every episode takes two cool things, smashes them together and lets you decide which is best. Our debaters use facts and passion to make their case -- teaching listeners how to defend their own opinions along the way.
5. Story Pirates  The show takes stories written by kids and turns them into entertaining podcast story-telling episodes complete with music, sound effects, and a multitude of entertaining voices. The episodes on this podcast are funny, entertaining, and perfect for elementary, and preschool-aged kids!
